Inside there is a large entrance hall which doubles as a living room. This is furnished with a sofa bed and armchair. Six steps lead to a second living room with sofa, chairs, TV and coffee table. A large traditional kitchen sits to the other side of the entrance hall. This has wooden units and is well equipped for those that like to cook. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, both with showers. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. The decor is traditional but tasteful throughout and the house offers good value for money.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 metres and with a depth of 1.5 metres. The pool is open from 15 April to 31 October each year. A covered terrace adjoining the villa is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as a couple of comfortable armchairs. A built up BBQ sits just above this space. Six loungers are arranged both on the terrace by the pool and on the adjacent lawn. Both the pool and terrace enjoy wonderful views over the rolling hills and vineyards that characterise this region.
Please note that access to the house is via a 300 metre stretch of unpaved road.
There is a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day, payable locally on arrival.
