The interior living space measures approximately 145 square metres. Guests enter in a good-sized open plan living and dining room. This is traditionally furnished with dining table and sofa arranged opposite an original fireplace. This is perfect for cooler months of the year and adds character all year round. A separate, well equipped kitchen has a fireplace. There is a second dining table in this room providing additional space for the preparation of meals. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor of Villa Mulino, reached via a staircase that leads from the living room. Here there is one other double bedroom (which also has a single bed in if required) as well as a third bedroom with two single beds. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower.
Outside a covered terrace sits adjacent to the villa. This is furnished with outdoor dining table and chairs as well as more relaxed outdoor sofas and chairs. A private swimming pool (8 x 10 metres) sits surrounded by lawns. This is open from the end of April to mid October each year, weather permitting. Plenty of sun loungers are provided. A jacuzzi is positioned under shade near to the pool and there is an outdoor shower for you to use too. A tennis court is 400 metres away. Guests share this with guests staying in two other nearby properties.
