The Space

Villa Verna has a large living room with large windows making the most of the wonderful views outside. There is also a separate professional kitchen as well as a second living room with fireplace and bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Each has an ensuite bathroom, two with shower and one with both a bath tub and shower. On a mezzanine floor, there is another double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Outside, there is a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 9 metres. This is open from the end of April to mid October each year, weather permitting. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub for guests to enjoy which is positioned under a terrace to one side of the pool.

Guests also enjoy shared use of a tennis court, situated just 150 metres away. This is shared with guests staying in nearby Villa Mulino and Villa Subbiano.

Please note that rates exclude a final cleaning fee of 250 euros payable locally on arrival in cash. Also payable locally on arrival is a refundable security deposit of 200 euros. Air conditioning is charged on departure based on usage at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh. When in use, heating is also charged on departure at a rate of 22 euros per day.

Please note that Villa Verna can be rented with Villa Subbiano and Villa Mulino to provide accommodation for up to 29 guests.
