1. The house is in a perfect location to visit Umbria. Close to the main attractions like Assisi, Spello or Perugia. A nice swimming pool can be used for relax moments. The host is punctual and nice. The house well equipped. Really a good choice.

2. Very nice accommodation, located nearby Perugia, Assisi and other nice typical Italian cities. Clean and well maintained swimming pool, private dining area outside etc… a place recommended for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

3. One of the nicest apartments, I’ve stayed in, every detail is taken care of: clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and laid out. The location is lovely, surrounded by fields, with the sounds of birds and cicadas outside and a great pool. Oscar made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit.

4. We loved the little touches of the toiletries and coffee. The owner, Oscar was really friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the BBQ every night and the pool everyday and really found it a very relaxing place to stay. Every thing was beautiful. Thank you so much. It was also a good location for all the little towns close by. Thanks again.

5. We are having a great time, thank you. All the arrangements were made to accommodate our three adult children for the first week. They have now left. The property was ample for us all. Oscar is a star. He organised a barbecue for all the guests and clearly put a lot of effort into it- it was very enjoyable. Oscar goes ‘above and beyond ‘. He deals with every request for information and helps with practical matters. When we asked him where we could find a supermarket that was open on a Sunday he insisted on taking us and when we arrived at the shop he took us to a bar and bought us drinks !! The area is full of interesting towns – we won’t fit it all in – and there are many musical events to go to in the evening. The property is very comfortable and very well looked after. The pool is very good – and necessary. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with the one proviso – do not expect too much from Foligno itself. If we came again we would not book with Ryanair- it would be more comfortable to fly to Rome at a sensible time and be treated with a little civility by the airline.

6. We had a terrific time at Casale Marroggia. Oscar was most helpful. The accommodation was great no criticisms at all.

7. The accommodation was beautiful, the hosts were friendly, gracious and helpful and the location was superb. Thanks to Oscar for showing us the way to the supermarket upon our late arrival and his wife for doing our laundry.
