Inside, the accommodation is arranged over three floors. The first two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) are on the ground floor of the property. There is also a bathroom here with a bath tub and shower. There is an additional double bedroom on a mezzanine level.
The living space is all on the first floor of Villa d'Arte. Here there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area is furnished with a sofa and armchairs. A working fireplace ensures that this is a super cosy room in the Winter months. There is a TV for lazy evenings watching a film. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. A dining table seats up to eight guests. There is also another bathroom on this floor and a passageway bedroom with two single beds.
Outside, there is a wonderful covered terrace furnished with a large wooden dining table and with a BBQ for al fresco dining. This enjoys views over the surrounding countryside. There is an additional covered seating area within the garden which we think makes a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. It is open from May to September each year. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests to use. There is also an outdoor shower in which to cool off.

Villa d'Arte is situated 9 km from the centre of the Medieval town of Todi. This is a beautiful town, perched atop a hill and enjoying wonderful views over the Tiber Valley below. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year. The most famous of these is the Todi Festival each Summer. This event allows visitors to enjoy numerous theatre performances, musical converts, films and art exhibitions.
Also close by is Umbria's capital city, Perugia, as well as Spoleto and Orvieto. Orvieto is famous for its beautiful cathedral. We also recommend you enjoy a tour of Orvieto Underground - it is a fascinating insight into the history of the city. We also recommend guests visit Assisi during their stay. This is 65 km from Villa d'Arte.
Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the water sports on offer at nearby Lake Trasimeno, Italy's fourth largest lake. These include sailing, fishing, canoeing and water skiing.
