Great villa, comfortable with a nice garden. The contact is very helpful. We just booked again!
The villa has a brilliant pool which is ideal for children and cleaned every 2 days. The villa has a beautiful and spacious garden as well as a large covered terrace offering shade on hot days or to sit outside and eat lunch or dinner. The villa is situated quite alone on a hill off the main road so is very private and overlooks a lake. The views of Orvieto are fantastic as you drive down the hill when leaving the villa to explore the local area. Each bedroom was adequate for what we required. Also the kitchen offered everything one may need to accommodate a family (large pots, enough dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi etc.). We enjoyed our 2 weeks here very much and would have no hesitation in coming back again. Be warned to take plenty of insect repellent as the mosquitoes like to bite!
We had a positive experience but some items were broken on arrival and the overall cleanliness of the property left much to be desired bearing in mind the large cleaning fee. Suggest you include the price of cleaning in the overall cost (you have to pay it anyhow) and having to find the cash was annoying.
