The Space

This is an incredibly private villa, thoughtfully designed to offer guests an elegant, relaxed, sustainable and deeply restorative stay. Every room opens out onto breathtaking views of Lake Trasimeno. We particularly love these views at sunset, when the sky lights up in warm, unforgettable tones of yellow, orange, pink and red.

Inside, accommodation is all on a single level. There is a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This is flooded with natural light through floor to ceiling glass walls. The living space has been furnished with designer sofas and armchairs, an integrated fireplace, and a 65 inch Smart TV, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a central island and high-end Bertazzoni and AEG appliances. It has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals including an oven, dishwasher, 6 induction hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave, grill and coffee machine. A handcrafted Domiziani dining table seats six, perfectly positioned directly in front of the lake.

There are three bedroom suites. The master suite features a king-size bed, writing desk, walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with open shower and a freestanding chromotherapy bathtub. The other two bedrooms are both furnished with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and modern shower. One of these bedrooms also has a dedicated workspace. There is an additional guest bathroom, accessible from the living area and with direct access to the pool.

Above the villa, a panoramic rooftop terrace overlooks the lake, offering an elegant lounge area with fire pit. It's the ideal spot for sunset aperitifs and stargazing.

Villa Trasimeno is set within a two hectare olive grove, just a few minutes drive from Passignano sul Trasimeno. The outdoor area is designed both for relaxation and entertaining. The front garden is framed by olive trees and white magnolias. It is home to a shaded pergola, barbecue area, and an al fresco dining space, the perfect setting to pass long evenings under the Italian sky. There is a heated saltwater infinity pool, complete with a tanning shelf, a 17 metre lap lane and hydromassage seating area. This is open all year round. Pool heating is included from May to September.
