Villa Margherita is a 4 bedroom villa on the Amalfi Coast. Occupying an incredible position overlooking the sea, it enjoys stunning 180 degree views and enjoys plenty of sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Outside there is a small private jacuzzi pool set within a large private terrace. The outdoor space also boasts additional balconies and terraces with sea views.

Inside, the accommodation measures 140 square metres. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large living area. The living area has pale blue floor tiles and is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is a dining table seating five. There is also a TV for lazy nights in! French doors lead from here to one of the many terraces. Windows let in plenty of light and ensure guests can enjoy the sea views. An archway leads from the living area to the kitchen. This is well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two bedroom bedrooms as well as two bedrooms with French beds that can each sleep one guest. The first two bedrooms are both accessed from the living room. The beds in these rooms measure 160 cm. Doors from the first bedroom lead to a terrace. Both rooms enjoy sea views. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and are decorated with white and blue majolica tiles. The third bedroom has a smaller French bed measuring 120 cm wide. Again, it boasts sea views. The bathroom for this bedroom also has a shower. The fourth bedroom is accessed from outside. Please note that this room has a sloped ceiling. At its lowest point, it measures just 1 metre. This is also furnished with a French bed (120 cm wide). Doors lead from this room to another terrace. And again, there is an ensuite shower room.

Outside, there are a number of private terraces. The first is 50 steps down from the villa. Partially covered by an awning, it provides welcome shade from the heat of the midday sun. It is furnished with an outdoor sofa, armchairs and wooden benches and enjoys sea views. There are three other terraces, all with sea views. Each is furnished slightly differently, some with loungers and some with more formal seating. Sixty steps from the villa is the garden where you will find an above ground non heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage function. It has seats for five. The garden is partly shaded by trees. Two sun loungers are provided and there is an external shower here to cool off in too. Again, it enjoys sea views.

Finally there is a separate laundry room in the property where guests will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

For those travelling with a car, there is one private parking space approximately 200 metres away. There is also an EV charger here. However, it is not necessary to have a car when staying at Villa Margherita.

Guests staying at Villa Margherita can also use the facilities at a nearby hotel which is about 200 metres from the villa. Here there is an on-site restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a gym and swimming pool at the hotel that guests are welcome to use. Please note that the pool is shared with hotel guests and is open from March to November each year. It measures 5 x 7 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. Tables, chairs, loungers and parasols are arranged near the pool. There are approximately 95 steps between the villa and the pool. Bike hire is available here too for an additional cost. Should guests want to use public transport, the bus stop is just a few metres away.

Villa Margherita is in the village of Praiano. It is less than 1 km from San Gennero Church and 1.3 km from Gavitella Beach. It's approximately 9 km from Amalfi. Restaurants are just a short walk away and there is a grocery store half a kilometre from the house. Should guests want to use public transport, the bus stop is just a few metres away.
