Villa Viner is a luxury, designer villa near Monopoli in Puglia, just 1 km from the nearest beaches and less than 6 km from the town itself. Three sumptuous bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests who can also enjoy a private heated infinity swimming pool and private in-home spa, complete with Hammam, sauna and jacuzzi.

The accommodation in Villa Viner is arranged across two separate buildings and in total measures 500 square metres.

In the main villa, the rooms are laid out over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining and living area. The living and dining area overlooks the outdoor pool and is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The sleek, stylish and well equipped kitchen sits behind this. Upstairs there are two sumptuous bedroom suites. These bedrooms both have ensuite shower rooms and have doors leading to an outside terrace.

The third bedroom and bathroom is found in the second villa which is again on two floors. This is a bedroom suite, complete with living area and second kitchen. It can work really well for grandparents travelling with their family or for guests looking for a bit of extra privacy from the rest of the group.

Guests also have the luxury of their own in-home spa, complete with Hammam, sauna and jacuzzi.

Large windows throughout both properties bring in an enormous amount of light and ensure that guests can enjoy views over the immaculately presented gardens that surround the property. The decor throughout is contemporary and stylish. Bright pinks and greens add a vibrancy and warmth to one of the living areas overlooking the pool, whilst elsewhere the clever use of wallpaper adds character to other rooms.

Outside, guests will find a private infinity swimming pool set in extensive gardens. The crystal walled pool measures 28 square metres and can be heated for an additional charge of 1 euro per kWh. The gardens themselves extend over 10,000 square metres and also include a solarium and gazebo, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view! Golf lovers will find a professional putting green within the grounds which is lit at night to ensure it can be enjoyed long into the evening too.

For stays of a week or more, the property will be cleaned half way through your stay and bathrooms towels changed.
