Apartment Marta is a 2 bedroom apartment in San Gimignano. It is situated in the heart of the town, next to the Duomo and just a few steps from the Rocca di San Gimignano, the famous viewpoint where you can admire the many towers that rise up over the town's skyline. It is traditional in style but truly authentic.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building. The accommodation includes an open plan living and dining area, a kitchen, bathroom, WC and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed whilst the second has 2 single beds. Both are charming bedrooms. The kitchen is traditional but well equipped. There is also a small laundry room with washing machine. And for those travelling on two wheels, there is a small room where bikes can be safely stored too.

The apartment is situated within a historical building with a private entrance and with 10 steps to access the property.

Please note that rates exclude a final cleaning fee of 75 euros as well as a local tourist tax of 2.5 euros per person per night. A refundable security deposit of 200 euros is also payable in cash on arrival. This is returned on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.

Apartment Marta is located in the Piazza delle Erbe in San Gimignano, next to the Duomo and a few steps from the Rocca di San Gimignano, the most famous viewpoint of San Gimignano and from where you can admire the famous towers of the town. The location is a chance for guests to experience a stay in the very heart of San Gimignano, within an easy walk of all the town's museums, shops and restaurants.

Head to the Piazza della Cisterna to try the world's most famous ice cream and spend time visiting the many artisan shops that the town can boast. Whatever time of year you visit, there is always plenty to keep you entertained from music performances to art exhibitions.

Of course, if you want to head further afield, you can also easily reach nearby towns and cities such as Siena, Volterra and Florence. All can be reached using public transport if you don't want to bring a car. However, for those who are coming by car, there is a car park approximately 600 metres away.
