It's the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner as it gets the sun most of the day. It's also the perfect place to watch the sun set.

Please note that there are no pavements on the road leading from the apartment to the village and so care must be taken when walking up with children. However, this is not a busy road and the walk to the village requires you walking less than 100 metres on this particular street.

The apartment is within walking distance of the heart of Brezzo di Bedero, a lovely little village on the banks of Lake Maggiore. It has a great pizzeria which is extremely popular with the locals as well as another highly rated meat and seafood restaurant. For a wider range of amenities, it is only a 5 minute drive down the hillside to the nearest towns of Germignaga and Luiino where there are a selection of shops and restaurants including a large Carrefour supermarket.

It is also less than 10 miles from the Swiss border, providing easy access to the Lugano, Ascona and Locarno. Lake Como is a 1 hour drive and trains run direct from Luino to Milan. There are buses that stop at the end of the driveway and can take you down to the lakeside. However, car hire is required at the property.
