Villa Poggia is a stunning 6 bedroom villa near Radda in Chianti in Tuscany. Beautifully and tastefully furnished, it provides a fantastic base from which to explore the Chianti region as well as nearby cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo and San Gimignano. When at the villa, guests have a private swimming pool to enjoy and a table tennis table.

Inside, the accommodation in Villa Poggia is laid out over 2 floors. It is tastefully and elegantly furnished throughout.

On the lower floor, there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A corner sofa provides a great space to catch up on everyone's news whilst the large dining table is perfect for meals during the cooler months of the year. At other times, guests will love the outdoor panoramic terrace and seating area, which is accessed from this room. A few steps from this floor lead to the master bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is also a second bathroom on this floor.

On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms. Two of these are double bedrooms with 150 cm wide beds, two are double bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds and one has a larger 160 cm wide double bed. Also on this floor is a delightful library with a sofa as well as a living area with comfortable armchairs and a TV. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, with bath tub and shower.

Outside, Villa Poggia is surrounded by a large private garden. There is a covered pergola with BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining as well as a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. This is furnished with comfortable outdoor chairs as well as a dining table. And there is a table tennis table here too for everyone to enjoy. Guests also enjoy a circular private swimming pool measuring approximately 10 x 8 metres and with a depth of between 1 and 3 metres. This is open from mid May to mid September each year, dependent on the weather. Plenty of sun beds are provided along with parasols to provide shade.

There is parking for up to 4 cars.

Villa Poggia is located just 2 km from Radda in Chianti where you will find a range of shops and restaurants. Of course, the location means you are in the heart of the Chianti countryside, perfectly placed for enjoying a tour along the Via Chiantigiana from nearby Radda in Chianti to Panzano, Castellina and Gaiole. The beautiful Tuscan city of Siena is just a 40 minute drive away. San Gimignano is a similar distance (35 km) from the villa. Florence is 56 km away and Arezzo 61 km.
