Villa Lavante is a 3 bedroom Sicily villa rental. It enjoys incredible views of the incredible castle of Donnafugata from its hilltop position. The castle is situated just 900 metres from the villa. The view also extends over the Sicilian countryside to the sea beyond.

Outside, Villa Lavante has a circular swimming pool surrounded by a terraced area and lawns. Loungers are provided on which you can lie back and enjoy every drop of Sicilian sunshine! There is an outdoor table for al fresco dining and another area with outdoor sofas offering more relaxed seating.

Inside, Villa Lavante is contemporary in style. Huge windows make the most of the fantastic views over the Sicilian countryside beyond. The accommodation is all laid out over one floor. There is a large open plan living and dining area as well as a modern, well equipped kitchen. There are also three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have kingsize beds whilst the third bedroom has two single beds.

Please note that Villa Lavante is located next to Villa Ponente. Each has its own space and privacy, but could be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 12 guests if needed. Please also note that, from November to April, guests will be charged 30 euros per day to cover heating costs.

The nearest beaches are at Montalbano and at Marina di Ragusa beach, both 16 kilometres away. Ragusa is just 17 km away, Modica 30 km and Noto 65 km.
