Apartment Francesca is a two bedroom apartment in the middle of Rome. Since it also boasts two bathrooms, it's ideal for two couples or for a family. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. It is situated on the third floor of an historic 17th century building and also boasts a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of this charming building.

Inside, the living space measures 90 square metres. One bedroom has a large double bed whilst the the second bedroom can be arranged either with two single beds or a large double bed. Both bathrooms have showers. There is a kitchenette in a comfortable living room. This is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for guests to use. A balcony is furnished with a circular table and chairs overlooking a charming internal courtyard and the street below.

The apartment is on a quiet street in the centre of Rome. Cars do pass along this road, but it is a narrow road and there is less traffic than one would find on the larger streets of the city. In any case, the apartment is well soundproofed to ensure you are not disturbed.

The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, 12 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and less than 15 minutes from the Pantheon, Villa Borghese and the Piazza Navona. The Vatican City can be reached on foot in approximately 30 minutes by walking along the river. It's a similar distance in the opposite direction to reach the Colosseum.

When it comes to dining out, there is an abundance of excellent restaurants that can be found within a 5-10 minute radius. And, if you're after shopping, then you're just around the corner from the main shopping street - the Via del Corso.
