It enjoys views over the pool, gardens and the sea from floor to ceiling glass windows. These slide back to provide access to the outdoor terrace and garden. A sleek contemporary dining table separates this area from the kitchen. This has a built in oven and microwave, whilst double sinks and a stove are arranged on a central island. There is also an Italian coffee machine, fridge and freezer. It is extremely stylish and well equipped for any keen chefs to enjoy. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms. Both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. The beds measure 1.9 x 1.6 metres.
