Villa Vita is a recently renovated Sicily villa located in Santa Maria del Focallo. It sits just 80 metres from a Blue Flag beach, known for its cleanliness and the transparency of the sea. Villa Vita is perfect for families or two couples who want to share the fun of a beach holiday without giving up their privacy.

Inside Villa Vita there are two double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. A spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen opens onto a welcoming outdoor terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a third bathroom with WC. The decor is calming, filled with soft, neutral colours.

Outside, the villa is completed by a small swimming pool sat within a walled garden where guests can relax on a hot summer day with a good book, soaking up the sun's rays. Sun loungers are lined up along one side of the pool whilst a circular hammock sits to the other side. Other outdoor furnishings are carefully arranged to give guests privacy should they want it.

The proximity of the beach, reachable on foot, makes this villa particularly suitable for families with children.

Electricity consumption up to 250 kWh per week is included in the rate. Any additional consumption will be charged at a rate of 0.40 euros per kWh.
