Villa Quercia is a Tuscan villa oozing in elegance, luxury and refinement just a short drive from Castelfalfi. Overlooking the famous golf course, it's ideal for golf lovers and a golf buggy is provided for your use.

Inside, the living area in Villa Quercia is divided into two parts. In one area, there are comfortable sofas arranged around a stone fireplace. To the other side of the room, there is a big screen, perfect for those watching to watch a movie at the end of the day. There is a separate living area with both billiards and table football, perfect to keep both adults and children alike entertained.

A fully equipped state of the art kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a delicious Tuscan feast or to enjoy a cookery class. There is an indoor pizza oven which guests are welcome to use however there is an additional charge. Or we can provide a chef to serve up a pizza party for you. Please ask for details. A beautiful dining area is the perfect setting to enjoy meals together inside in the cooler months.

There are five beautiful bedrooms. Two of these are furnished with super kingsize beds, two have kingsize beds and the fifth bedroom can be laid out with two single beds or a kingsize bed. All bedrooms have luxurious ensuite bathrooms. There is also an extra 6th bathroom.

Outside, there is an incredible pool area. Parasols and sun loungers are laid out on the terrace to ensure plenty of lazy days in the sun. There is also a bocce court for guests to enjoy. There are a number of outdoor seating areas including two areas laid out with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are also more relaxed seating areas with outdoor sofas and chairs. The grounds really are simply stunning, with immaculately kept lawns and beautifully tended flower beds.
