Villa Bosco is a charming 4 bedroom stone house in Greve in Chianti sleeping up to 7 guests. Sitting 600 metres above sea level, it enjoys panoramic views over the Chianti vineyards in as well as across to the towers of San Gimignano and the Apuan Alps. For those visiting in the Summer months, this elevated position means that temperatures are typically more pleasant than in the valley below, whilst for those visiting later in the year, the colours of the Autumn foliage are spectacular here too.

Inside, there is a bright, welcoming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Please note that this bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible bathtub. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. The other double bedroom shares a bathroom with a single bedroom on this floor. In total the living space measures 150 square metres.

Outside, there is a private terrace furnished with a BBQ as well as an outdoor table and chairs. A fitness area is also be set up on the terrace for those who like to work out whilst on holiday.

Please note that access to Villa Bosco is via an 800 metre long unpaved dirt road.

Please also note that there are some additional fees payable locally. These include mandatory electricity costs of 0.60 euros per kWh, payable on departure based on consumption. There is also a local tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day.

Villa Bosco is situated 8 minutes from the centre of Greve in Chianti. Situated in rural Tuscany, it is surrounded by manicured woodland. It's an ideal location to explore the Chianti region as a whole, including towns and villages such as San Donato in Poggio, Panzano in Chianti (where you can incidentally enjoy an excellent Fiorentina steak) and San Casciano in Chianti. We also recommend you visit Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra during your stay here. This is also ideal hiking country. Both walking and mountain bike trails lead directly from the house into the surrounding countryside. It is 2 km to the nearest shops and restaurant.
