The living area looks out over the River Arno and has comfortable seating for four. The sofa converts into a sofa bed if required. Spiral stairs lead from the lounge to a mezzanine level with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. Due to the staircase, this area isn't suitable for small children. At the rear of the property, overlooking a quiet side street, is a lovely double bedroom with four poster bed (160 x 190 cm). The property has two small bathrooms both with shower.
