Apartment Pera (4) is a first floor, two bedroom Chianti holiday apartment set within a Tuscan medieval village and situated on top of a hill with stunning views over vineyards. The property is tastefully furnished and has been completely renovated to a high standard providing holidaymakers with all the mod cons they could possibly need. Guests staying here enjoy use of a shared infinity swimming pool surrounded by loungers. There is also a BBQ for guests to use.

This Chianti holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Inside, there is an extremely spacious open plan living, dining and kitchenette area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and fridge. The property also has two bedrooms, one with a romantic 4 poster bed and the other with a small double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Outside, this Chianti holiday apartment does not have its own outdoor private seating area however, guests are welcome to use the fully equipped BBQ within the communal grounds. There is also plenty of seating on the verandah opposite the pool.

This Chianti holiday apartment is located just 5 minutes from Castellina in Chianti where there is a good selection of shops and supermarkets. It is also easy to access Italy's public transport network from here allowing you to easily reach Tuscany's main towns and cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Montepulciano and Montalcino.
