Apartment Timo is a modern two bedroom San Gimignano holiday home in a peaceful location just 5 miles from San Gimignano itself. Guests can relax on the beautiful terraced lawns with their panoramic view over the Tuscan hills. There are two large swimming pools on site as well as a children's play area making it a great option for families. The apartment can be rented with others in the development to accommodate larger groups of visitors.

The communal grounds at this San Gimignano holiday home are beautifully kept, with rolling terraced lawns, an abundance of flowers, two swimming pools and children's play park. In one direction guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Volterra hills whilst in the other direction, you are just able to glimpse San Gimignano's stunning skyline of towers.

The apartment itself has been furnished to a high standard. Located on the ground floor of the building, this San Gimignano holiday home has 75 square metres of internal living space. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob and coffee machine. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds that can be converted into a double if preferred.

Outside, there is a small private terrace at the front of the property where a table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. The terrace enjoys lovely views over the countryside. A large communal BBQ is also available for your use.

There is an on-site bar and brasserie where guests can enjoy meals (for an additional charge). Please note that rates exclude a 1.50 euro per person per day city tax payable locally on arrival. In peak season, there is a minimum 7 night stay and arrivals must be on either a Saturday or Sunday. We may be able to provide an extra bed in the apartment for an additional cost of 20 euros per night. A cot can also be provided at an additional rate of 10 euros per night.
