The grounds of the estate are beautifully kept, with rolling terraced lawns, an abundance of flowers, two swimming pools and children's play park. In one direction guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Volterra hills whilst in the other direction, you are just able to glimpse San Gimignano's stunning skyline of towers.

The apartment was completed in 2010 and has been furnished to a high standard. Located on the ground floor of the building, this 2 bedroom Tuscany apartment has 75 square metres of internal living space. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob and coffee machine. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds.

There is a small private terrace at the front of this 2 bedroom Tuscany apartment where a table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. The terrace enjoys lovely views over the countryside. A large communal BBQ is also available on site for your use.

Staff are on site to ensure your stay is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible at this 2 bedroom Tuscany apartment. Guests can also enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the dining room for a small additional charge (12 euros per day). There is also a restaurant on site serving lunch and evening meals. Please note that rates exclude a 1.50 euro per person per day city tax payable locally on arrival. In peak season, arrivals must be on either a Saturday or Sunday.
