Casa Villino is an historic 4 bedroom villa in the countryside around Pistoia. Set in large private gardens, it boasts a large private pool measuring 12 x 6 metres. The setting is quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of Tuscany's major cities including Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Livorno.

Inside, the accommodation is arranged over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, kitchen, small living room and bathroom. The kitchen units are contemporary in style and sit alongside an old beam displaying traditional implements. A large circular table provides a space for guests to dine during the cooler months of the year. On the first floor, guests will find a second living area as well as another bathroom and a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. All four bedrooms are on the second floor of the house. Each is furnished with a double bed and all are fully air conditioned. There are another 2 bathrooms on this floor too, both with showers. Doors lead to an outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens below.

Outside, the house is surrounded by a large fenced park offering plenty of space in which to relax or for children to play in. Here, a private pool measures 12 x 6 metres and has a depth of between 1.1 and 2.4 metres. This is open from 1 May to 31 October each year. Outdoor seating sits beneath both a covered terrace and pergola, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for guests to cool off in.

Please note that rates exclude a final cleaning fee of 350 euros. Electricity costs must also be paid locally on departure based on usage at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh. The local tourist tax is 1 euros per person per day.

Casa Villino is in a quiet, peaceful location and is ideal for visits to the main cities of Tuscany: Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Livorno. From here you can also reach the starts of the Appenines, famous for hiking and mountain biking. But, if you prefer the coast to the countryside, you can also easily reach the popular sandy beaches of Versilia.
