The Space
The property is modern and welcoming. It offers all the creature comforts you could need including both air conditioning, a fireplace and heating to ensure guests are comfortable whatever time of year they stay.
Accommodation is split across two buildings. In the main building, there is a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room. There are also two double bedrooms here as well as one bedroom furnished with two single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is in the dependance, situated just next to the outdoor kitchen. The bathroom for this bedroom sits just in front.
Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and an amazing swimming pool (10 x 4 metres).
Local Area
The sands of the Santa Maria del Focallo beach are just 300 metres away. Other beaches nearby include the rocky beach at Punta Cirica 6 km away and the San Lorenzo beach 22 km away. 11 km away, Pozzallo is the closest town. Ispica is just slightly further away (13 km), whilst Modica is 35 km from Villa Afrodite, Noto 37 km and Ragusa Ibla 42 km. At Ispica you will find plenty of shops and restaurants as well as a bus and train station.
