The Space
As guests enter Villa Amugea, you will discover the living area to the right and the sleeping area to the left.
The living area has a small but elegant and extremely well equipped open plan kitchen and living room. A breakfast bar creates a convivial space. There is also a wine fridge. Doors lead from here to an outside terrace, furnished with dining table, pizza oven and barbecue, perfect for meals al fresco.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The first has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third is a single bedroom. These bedrooms share two bathrooms with showers.
Sat to the rear of Villa Amugea is a beautiful area with swimming pool (4 x 8 metres), deckchairs and armchairs. The pool is surrounded by decking and there is a small grassed area for ball games. This area is served by an external bathroom. Walls ensure privacy.
Parking is available just in front of the house.
It is possible to open the pool in low season on request. This costs an additional 400 euros.
Local Area
The house is just a few steps from the nearest beaches but a car is required in order to reach shops and restaurants.
