Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin room along with two bathrooms, both with showers. Again, these bedrooms are fully air conditioned. Air conditioning is included up to 250 KW. Any usage over and above this must be paid for at a rate of 0.70 euros per KW. A final cleaning fee of 250 euros is also payable locally on arrival. It's also just 2 km from The Mall, a famous designer outlet centre in Tuscany.
