The Space

Inside, the apartment has two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed whilst the second is equipped with bunk beds, making it perfect for families with children. This bedroom also has a large desk with plenty of room for 2 people, making it ideal for those needing to work during their stay. These two rooms share a bathroom. This is traditional and rather retro in style with a bath and handheld shower. There is also a well equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. The kitchen feels modern with bright red cupboards and white worktops. There is a hob, built in oven, coffee machine and fridge. A spacious open plan dining and living area is furnished with a dining table seating four and a large corner sofa arranged around a central coffee table which sits opposite a fireplace. This room has doors leading out to a large private terrace with outdoor table and chairs. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining.

The residence is set within a large, well maintained park and garden measuring 20,000 square metres in total. There is a large communal pool and tennis court for guests to enjoy. If guests prefer, there is also a private, sandy beach for those living at the residence and a pier. There is plenty of on-site parking.
