The accommodation is divided into three separate apartments. Two have one bedroom whilst the third has two bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Each apartment also has a stylish and contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Kitchens are equipped with ovens, induction hobs, fridges and both Italian and American coffee machines.
The property is furnished to the highest standards and the interior style is probably best described as opulent and comfortable. It has been furnished using a clever mix of modern and traditional decor. In the bedrooms, the bed linen is of the highest quality. Egyptian cotton sheets have been hand sewn and embroidered locally in Orvieto. Curtains and cushions have been made using silk and linen fabrics not from Italy but also imported from England and France. Modern artworks adorning the walls.
Guests also enjoy use of a fully equipped gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. A concierge service is also provided free of charge.
The owners have designed the space to ensure that guests could want for nothing. To ensure your stay is practical as well as luxurious, a washing machine and dryer has been provided in your villa. However, should you prefer someone else to do the washing, we can provide a laundry service too. Please note that a daily housekeeping service is also provided free of charge during your stay.
The palazzo offers guests the best of both worlds. You are in the heart of Orvieto, and its shops and restaurants are within easy reach on foot. But the private gardens at the palazzo are a haven of peace and quiet to come back to .Outdoor furniture allows guests to dine al fresco or simply relax with a glass of wine. There is also an additional roof terrace which we can highly recommend for a sunset aperitivo! And there are also smaller private terraces enjoying views over the rooftops of Orvieto.
The owners have gone out of their way to ensure that every guests stay is as luxurious and enjoyable as possible at this luxury villa in Orvieto.
