The buildings and the magnificent grounds that surround them reflect the architectural influences introduced in the Lucca area by Late-Baroque and Enlightenment architects. The villa's interiors can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an additional guest WC. From the moment you step inside, the villa conveys a feeling of relaxed elegance. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel immediately at home. Terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, and a palette of light, natural colours create bright, harmonious interiors, making the villa the perfect place to enjoy a truly restful holiday. The villa is fully air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace, sofas, and satellite TV. Doors open directly from here onto the garden. An elegant dining room has a table seating 12 guests. And there is an kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice-maker and coffee machine. There is an additional table in this room seating up to 8. French doors lead from the kitchen to the courtyard, a beautiful spot for al fresco dining. There is one bedroom on this floor. This can be arranged with either one large double bed or two single beds. It has an en suite bathroom with shower. The bathroom features French doors opening onto the garden. There is also a laundry room and a guest WC on this floor.
The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor of the villa. The first is a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second has a double bed. Three further bedrooms can be arranged either with king-size double beds or two single beds. These bedrooms share two bathrooms with bath, shower and his and her sinks. Each bedroom and bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a courtesy toiletry set, designed to provide guests with a practical and pleasant stay from the moment they arrive. Finally, there is a second living area on this floor.
Outside, there is a beautiful Italian-style garden. A recently built swimming pool (12 x 6 metres and with a depth of 1.5 to 2.5 metres) is open from May to September each year. It has been perfectly integrated into its surroundings and offers the ideal spot for cooling off on hot Summer days. There are a number of outdoor seating areas to enjoy. The alfresco dining area, shaded and inviting, is perfect for relaxed lunches and convivial evening meals, while the outdoor lounge area offers a refined and tranquil atmosphere. The estate also includes vineyards and olive groves, along with a well tended vegetable garden. This provides seasonal produce for guests to enjoy along with aromatic herbs that highlight the villa's deep connection to the land and Tuscan traditions. For those who love cooking and outdoor living, the villa offers a BBQ and a pizza oven.
