There is also an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, frridge, freezer, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, hob, microwave and oven. A dining table seats 6 and there is a sofa for more relaxed seating. Doors lead out from this room to the terrace.

Outside, the gardens are lovely. There is a swimming pool (15 x 6 metres and up to 1.5 metres deep) which is surrounded by a terrace. Lawns are dotted with fruit trees and there are plenty of areas in which to relax and unwind.
