Apartment Maccagno is a stunning 4 bedroom Italian Lakes apartment in a beautiful lakeside setting. It is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Apartment Maccagno is extremely well equipped and furnished in a modern, contemporary style. Guests have use of a communal pool and jacuzzi and the apartment boasts wonderful lake views.
Inside, there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Apartment Maccagno has a generous sized kitchen with modern, white units which match the large central dining table that seats up to 8 guests. A large cream coloured corner sofa is positioned on the other side of the room, making the most of the wonderful lake views that can be seen through the sliding doors that lead out to the private terrace. This terrace is equipped with a couple of armchairs and an outdoor dining table seating eight.
Apartment Maccagno also has four good sized bedrooms. The largest of these is the master bedroom suite. This is furnished with a kingsize bed and has an ensuite bathroom equipped with both bath tub and separate shower. This bedroom has doors leading out to a second private terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed whilst the third can be laid out as either a twin or double room. The final bedroom has a single bed with the option of a pull out bed for an eighth person if required. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms. Both these bathrooms are contemporary in style and equipped with white sanitary ware, bidet, shower, sink and WC.
Apartment Maccagno is situated on the first floor of the building but is accessed by either stairs or a lift. An underground garage is available for guests to use and there is an allocated parking space within this. Outside, guests enjoy use of the communal facilities on site including a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and separate children's pool. If you prefer to swim in fresh water, the lakeside beach is literally across the road and the lake is wonderful to swim in.
Apartment Maccagno is situated in the village of the same name. This is a charming lakeside town on the Eastern shores of Lake Maggiore. It is perfectly positioned to explore all that the lake has to offer and there are plenty of amenities that can be reached on foot including a selection of bars and restaurants, a supermarket and gelataria. It is also possible to use the lakeside promenade to walk to the boat stop. Boats run all day, criss-crossing the lake, allowing you to explore all that the area has to offer without having to get in a car.
