The Space
This apartment in Brezzo di Bedero enjoys its own independent entrance. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, good sized bathroom and terrace.
The living area is to the front of the property and has doors to a balcony area overlooking the lake, the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif or to watch the sun setting over the mountains. This room also has a beautiful original fireplace. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. There is satellite TV in both the master bedroom and living area. The property has free wifi internet access access. There is a sofa bed in the living area allowing the property to sleep 5 in total. Or, alternatively, it is possible to put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms.
Outside there is a private terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and equipped with BBQ. Steps also lead down from this apartment in Brezzo di Bedero to a private beach area, exclusively for the use of guests in this apartment and the 2 adjacent apartments. For those wishing to bring a boat, there are buoys and a dock.
Each apartment has an allocated parking space but access to the apartment is tricky because of the curved driveway. We therefore recommend bringing a small vehicle that will be easy to manoeuvre!nnAs an added bonus, guests at this apartment in Brezzo di Bedero are also welcome to use facilities at the Hotel Camin in Colmegna which is a short drive away. Here there is a sauna, jacuzzi and private beach area with parasols and sun loungers.
Local Area
Brezzo di Bedero is a popular village on Lake Maggiore. The apartment is in an ideal lakeside setting, surrounded by 1000 square metres of parkland. It is a short drive from the property to the nearest shops and restaurants, however, due to the lack of pavements along the road, it's not possible to walk to any amenities.

We think that this is a really spectacular conversion of a historic lakeside villa into 3 beautiful, contemporary apartments. A stay here at this apartment in Brezzo di Bedero is highly recommended, particularly if you're lucky enough to have your own boat to use during your stay. There is no better way to explore the lakeside towns and villages than by mooring up at each town or village.

Das Bootshaus liegt sensationell am Ostufer des Lago Maggiore mit grandiosem Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf den Lago. Es ist nach Sudwesten ausgerichtet mit grosgigem Wohnraum mit Kuchenzeile (Spulmaschine/Microwelle/ kl. Cerankochfeld/Nespressomaschine), 2 grosen Schlafzimmern, gr. Flur, kleinem funktionellem Bad. Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie kl. Strand direkt am See mit Seezugang, Liegewiese, Grillplatz, Lesesaal, Waschraum. Eine M̦glichkeit zusatzlich zum Anmieten einer Boje oder Nutzung des Docks unter dem Bootshaus fur ein eigens Boot sind vorhanden. Die Location liegt ca. 5km sudlich ausserhalb des Ortes Luino und seiner Infrastruktur. Achtung: die Einfahrt liegt hinter einer langen Kurve an der Staatsstrasse und ist schmal und steil (max. Autobreite A4/VW Tiguan). Beim Anfahren der unten liegenden Parkplatze muss man zurucksetzen, um um die Kurve der Rampe zu gelangen. Das Boothaus war sehr sauber, die Schlusselubergabe uber ein lokales Hotel erfolgte problemlos, die Lage und die Ortsnuhe von Luino bietet tolle M̦glichkeiten um den Lago Maggiore zu erkunden.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr sch̦n direkt am Lago Maggiore mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Tolle und sehr stilvolle Einrichtung. Einzig die Zufahrt durch die befahrene Strasse ist ein wenig “gefehrlich”. Die Unterkunft kann jedoch definitiv weiterempfohlen werden!
