1. We spent 2 weeks at Casa Belva in September 21. The villa itself is as decribed and the photos show exactly what you get – a very modern, stylish, clean and very quiet villa, with a wonderful garden, a great swimming pool and a breathtaking view over the lake – it´s fantastic! We missed nothing.
   The area of Suna/Pallanza is very nice. From the villa it´s a 15 minutes walk down to Suna with some restaurants and a nice promenade. It´s an ideal starting point for excursions i. e. to Stresa or Cannobio and hiking tours. But we also enjoyed to spend time at the villa, relaxing at the swimming pool ;-). We had a great time!
   And last but not least: Many thanks to Jo and Fiona, everything was perfectly organized. All our questions were answered quickly – before and also during our holiday.
   All in all we spent a wonderful holiday and can highly recommend the villa and Jo and her team.

2. Wir waren eine Woche Anfang Juli 2021 in der Villa Casa Belva. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die fantastische Lage, der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Lago sowie die Nähe nur 10 Minuten fussläufig zum Lago beziehungsweise mit dem Auto 10 Minuten zum schönen Städtchen Intra, …. alles perfekt. Stylische Möbel, Glasfassaden mit großen Schiebetür-Elementen, praktische Raumaufteilung, tolles großzügiges Pool-Haus mit guten Sportgeräten, einer zweiten Küche, großer Außen Grill, tollen und bequemenOutdoor Möbeln und ein traumhafter Garten über mehrere Ebenen mit Fäscher- Palmen und bananenstauden Kumquat-Sträuchern, Natursteinmauern, ein gepflegter Pool und Sonne von morgens bis abends (Südlage). Kein Verkehrslärm und der Poolbereich von außen nicht einsehbar. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall einen weiteren Urlaub dort verbringen.

3. We stayed for 1 week at Casa Belva with 3 people – my wife and grown-up daughter – in September 2020 and enjoyed every day of it! After having stayed at many villas I still find it quite difficult to get the right impression just from photos upfront. Same here. The photos are great, but the property is even much greater! The villa is very modern with its own unique style that is hard to describe. It is cosy modern and features key original Vitra design classics mixed with practical every day assets situated in a wonderful location and garden. Centrepiece of the villa is the large pool and the pool house during the day and the large table in the living room – all with a stunning views over the lake. The houses are equipped with a Sonos system so you can listen to your music in all rooms. The pool house has a projector to see movies in the evening – wonderful. Also it features the fitness room which has decent equipment and weight bags to keep you fit during your stay. It was still in up to 35C but this was no problem. During the day all kind of electrical shades help to keep the sun out, the master bedroom features air conditioning. The pool was large enough, clean and refreshing to swim in. Next to the pool sun-beds and a big sun umbrella help to relax in half shade. The villa has everything needed to spend the whole time just there. But also the location is excellent. It only takes a short walk to go to the lake, a large supermarket is only 5 minutes by car, many restaurants of all kinds are reached in less than 10 minutes. Next town is Intra which offers some nice shops and is worth a visit. One day we rented a boat with boat driver license at Carcano Motori Marini which we can highly recommend. All in all we spent a wonderful holiday and can highly recommend the villa and the Bookings for You team.

4. Casa Belva was stunning. The views and amenities were well beyond our expectations. The house is incredibly decorated and thoughtfully service’s for rental that it doesn’t even feel like a rental. One of our top holiday stays.

5. We were looking for a very special house for 6 people. We immediately fell in love with Casa Belva. It looked perfect in the photos. Booking was super easy. The communication with Jo was perfect. She was able to answer all of our questions and prepared us perfectly for everything.

   The house is even more impressive than in the photos. Everything was there that we could imagine. The house was so well equipped. The decor was so high quality and the pool and the view wonderful. The house is very quiet and you could relax great. There are large windows everywhere and you could enjoy the view – at breakfast in the dining room, when grilling in the garden or directly from the pool. Through the garden, a secret path led directly into the city. There were lots of delicious restaurants and great ice cream.

   We would book here again anytime.
