This is a beautiful luxury villa on Lake Maggiore in the Italian Lakes offering a host of facilities including a private swimming pool heated by solar panels, a wellness area, gymnasium, table tennis table and table football. It offers every possible creature comfort guests could wish for during their stay.
Inside, the villa is laid out over 3 floors. The whole of the lower floor is taken over by a health and wellness area. This includes a gym, Turkish bath and jacuzzi as well as a massage suite, herbal tea corner and relaxation rooms. Massages can be arranged on request whilst a selection of teas and herbal teas are provided. Also on this floor is a bathroom and laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Another large room on this floor is furnished with an impressive refectory table, sofas and armchairs. There is also a TV here. This floor can be accessed directly from the garden through four large French windows. Alternatively, it can be reached internally via a staircase leading from the ground floor living area. The main living space is laid out over the ground floor of the property and includes a large living area with doors leading directly onto a covered terrace, as well as a dining room, kitchen and TV room. There is also a bathroom on this floor with shower, WC and sink. The professional kitchen has stainless steel units and is extremely well equipped. The living area is a stunning space. One room is furnished with large white leather Chesterfield sofas arranged around a focal marble fireplace, a vintage cocktail cabinet and card table equipped with chess board, whilst an adjacent TV room has comfortable seating ideal for watching your favourite film. Guests are welcome to help themselves to drinks from the drinks cabinet. Another room is home to a stunning grand piano which guests are welcome to play. A small TV room doubles up as a 6th bedroom when required. This room overlooks an arbor with transparent glass roof and equipped with table and BBQ. It's the ideal spot to enjoy lunch next to the pool, enjoying the beautiful lake views. Guests can also access this space from the dining room via a small balcony. The dining room is a lovely space with elegant cherry wood table and Murano glass chandeliers. The bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa, accessed via a majestic wooden staircase perfectly restored during the extensive renovation work on the property. There are 5 bedrooms on this floor, all with their own ensuite bathroom ensuring privacy for all guests. All bedrooms also have built in wardrobes and TVs. Each bedroom also has a small fridge and a choice of tea or coffee for guests to enjoy. The first bedroom - the 'Magnolia Room' is the master bedroom and has a large double bed. It enjoys lake views from two large windows. Its accent colour is a beautiful shade of pink. The 'Ninfea bedroom' has a balcony overlooking the pool and also enjoys lake views. It has two single beds. Turquoise dominates its colour scheme. The 'Peonia bedroom' faces the parkland rather than the lake but what it lacks in views, it makes up for in its decor. It is arguably the most luxurious of the bedrooms furnished with an elegant four poster bed and decorated in shades of grey. The 'Gardenia bedroom' has two single beds and enjoys a small living area which, if required, can also be made into a third bed. This is ideal for a family with a young child or even for three children wanting to share together. The room faces the lake and is decorated in pale blues shades. Finally, there is the 'Camelia bedroom'. This is the smallest room but is most charming with twin beds and beautiful views over the park. Upon request, there is the option to have a sixth bedroom on the ground floor of the property. This is made by converting the TV room into a bedroom using the double sofa bed. Since there is an adjacent bathroom, guests still enjoy privacy when this extra room is required. Large windows on all floors not only allows plenty of light to flood in but also ensures that guests can enjoy the breathtaking lake views at all times. The decor is elegant throughout and work by local artists adorns the walls. For those looking for entertainment without the need to step out of the villa, rest assured there is plenty on hand. Guests enjoy use of a private pool (12x5 metres) as well as a table tennis table and table football. The pool has been positioned so that guests can enjoy the lake views from its terrace and is heated by solar panels. It is open from May to September. There are also plenty of lawned areas furnished with iron chairs and loungers. For younger children, there is even a playground within the garden, whilst for those more into fitness, there is a fitness and wellness area. The property is positioned amid extensive gardens and parkland and the gardens are laid out over several levels before culminating in a pine forest at the top. The views from here are breathtaking. There is a garage.
