The Space
This Florence vacation rental is fully air conditioned and comprises of an open plan kitchen and living and dining area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is small but adequately equipped with a small gas stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is also a small table with seating for two. The living area looks out over the River Arno and has comfortable seating for four. The sofa converts into a sofa bed if required. Spiral stairs lead from the lounge to a mezzanine level with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. Due to the staircase, this area isn't suitable for small children. At the rear of the property, overlooking a quiet side street, is a lovely double bedroom with four poster bed (160 x 190 cm). The property has two small bathrooms both with shower.
There is not a lift to the apartment. There are 59 steps from street level to the apartment front door.

The apartment location was great .. nice area and close to historical centre… Apartment is clean and well maintained .. great for 4 people.
La casa si trova lungo il fiume Arno. L’appartamento, stando al 3° piano, ha un terrazzo con una bella vista sul fiume. Non è lontano dal centro e in macchina sono circa 5km dall’Ippodromo del Visarno.
We had a great time in Florence, as always. Art is very much our thing, so Florence and Siena will always be a joy. The apartment was fine. It is so perfectly located, not just in relation to the city but overlooking the Arno. The balcony is a great place for breakfast. The doorbell didn’t work, although we only found this out at the end, since we didn’t need to use it. I think the whole doorbell / entry phone system probably needs looking at. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean when we arrived. We had no problems. We will be back.
Our stay in Florence was very nice and we enjoyed the apartment very much. Sebilla was there waiting for us when our taxi arrived and ordered one for us when we left. The view from the balcony is wonderful, the location great, the kitchen is small, but adequate and the rest of the apartment comfortable. Only some minor complaints – it seems odd to add electricity and gas charges (for us this was about 10 euros for 5 days) and only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper total were supplied for the 2 bathrooms. If we went to Florence again, we would be happy to rent this charming apartment.
I enjoyed my stay in Florence in this apartment immensely. Fantastic location and stylish interior, very nice helpful ladies. The restaurant that serves the best bistecca alla fiorentina is just around the corner! I hope I will be back! Thanks a lot again.
We had a wonderful stay in Florence. The apartment was great, good location just about ten minutes walk from Florence railway station following an easy transfer from Pisa airport by coach. Apartment itself was clean and tidy just as expected from the photos. The kitchen is small and could do with a kettle, teapot and toaster but all was adequate for making breakfast which is all we ate in the apartment. Bathroom small but all spotlessly clean and in good working order. My daughter stayed on the upper floor bedroom which is very sweet but the spiral staircase is a challenge and could be safer, would not like to see young children going up and down there… Double bedroom at the back of the apartment was spacious and again spotless, with good wardrobe space. charming furnishings including four poster bed … Thanks again for all your help and assistance with our holiday to Florence.
The apartment in Florence was excellent. Cozy, comfortable and an amazing location. Despite having to lug way too much luggage up 3 flights, it was great. Paola’s manager, Sabilla, was one of the sweetest people we have ever met. Everything was wonderful…. Thanks so much for everything.
