The Space

Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two levels. On the lower floor, there is an elegant living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, armchairs and a circular dining table. A charming window seat provides additional seating and there is a wall mounted TV, perfect for lazy evenings in. A kitchen leads from this space. This is well equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

A beautiful spiral staircase takes guests to the upper level of the apartment. Here there is a loft space with a double bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with shower. Please note that the ceiling space is lower in this upper area.

The decor throughout is in muted creams, whites, beiges and greys creating a calming and relaxing space. It's the perfect antidote to a busy day seeing the sights of Florence.

Please note that access to the property is via an elevator accessible via a 5 step ramp.

Linen and towels are provided. Additional sets can be provided on request for 10 euros per person. Extra cleaning can also be provided. This costs 40 euros per day. Should guests arrive by car, parking can be provided in a nearby garage at a cost. of 35 euros per day. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
