The Space
The apartment is on the first floor of the building and comprises an entrance hall, large open plan living and dining room as well as a kitchen complete with dishwasher, hob and fridge. In addition, there are two good sized double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is no private parking space but there are public parking spaces a short walk away.
Please note that a final cleaning fee of 150 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.

Apartment Chiara is located in the San Frediano district of Florence, approximately 20 minutes walk the Piazza del Duomo. This is a neighbourhood popular with the locals and away from the main tourist scene. Offering a genuine Florentine lifestyle and experience, it's also home to some terrific restaurants and artisan shops.
