The Space

Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is an elegant living area and dining room furnished with two armchairs and wooden table seating four. A SMART TV is mounted on one wall. Doors lead from here to a small garden furnished with small outdoor table and chairs. A modern kitchen leads from the dining area. This is well equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is another wall mounted TV in this room too.

Stairs lead to an upper level of the apartment. Here there is a loft space with a double sofa bed. Please note that the ceiling space is lower in this upper area. This overlooks the dining room below.

The decor throughout is in muted creams, whites, beiges and greys creating a calming and relaxing space. It's the perfect antidote to a busy day seeing the sights of Florence.

Linen and towels are provided. Additional sets can be provided on request for 10 euros per person. Extra cleaning can also be provided. This costs 40 euros per day. Should guests arrive by car, parking can be provided in a nearby garage at a cost. of 35 euros per day. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
