Apartment Quattro is one of 11 luxury apartments situated just steps away from the Duomo in Florence. It sits within an elegant three-story building which has been recently renovated. The result is the perfect balance of historic charm and contemporary comfort in the heart of the city.
This apartment is set over one level and the interior living space measures 45 square metres. The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, a double bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has sleek modern units and has both an induction hob and oven. Plenty of cookware is provided if you want to prepare meals rather than dining out. There is a table with two chairs as well as a large armchair in this area. The bedroom is a calm and welcoming with a double bed and plenty of storage in fitted wardrobes. A large TV sits in a corner on a wooden stand. The contemporary bathroom feels luxurious and has an excellent modern shower.
The decor throughout is in muted creams, whites, beiges and greys creating a calming and relaxing space. It's the perfect antidote to a busy day seeing the sights of Florence. Small pops of colour are introduced via artworks on the walls.
Linen and towels are provided. Additional sets can be provided on request for 10 euros per person. Extra cleaning can also be provided. This costs 40 euros per day. Should guests arrive by car, parking can be provided in a nearby garage at a cost. of 35 euros per day. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
Local Area
It is a 2 minute walk from the apartment to the Piazza del Duomo and just over 10 minutes on foot to both the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. It's about 5 minutes to reach the Galleria dell' Accademia and 10 minutes to the Piazza della Signoria. In short, wherever you're looking to visit in Florence, the likelihood is that you will be able to easily walk there.
