The Space

Inside, accommodation is arranged over the four floors of the tower. On the top floor are the two bedrooms. Both are immaculately presented and furnished with queen size beds and 50 inch SMART TV. Please note that the ceiling height in these rooms is limited in places and much lower than elsewhere in the apartment. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. On each of the two levels below guests will find cosy living rooms. The first is a stunning room with multiple windows making the most of the views over the Florence rooftops and across to the Duomo. The second living area is smaller but also works well as a workspace since there is a desk as well as a sofa here. This can also be turned into a third bedroom if you are a group of five. In addition, there is a second bathroom on this floor. Finally, on the lower level, guests will find a stylish, well equipped kitchen and dining area. This is a cosy space but ideal for preparing meals and dining together.

Guests are also welcome to make use of a private gym, complete with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. This is shared with guests staying in the other apartments within the building. Finally, there is an inner courtyard where guests can relax.

Please note that rates include a daily light cleaning service (except on Sundays). A final cleaning fee of 200 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
