Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two levels. On the ground level, there is an open plan living and dining room which is also home to a kitchenette. This is equipped with induction hob and oven. A circular table seating four sits in the middle of the room whilst there is a sofa bed to one side, arranged opposite a wall mounted TV. Doors lead from here to a small garden furnished with outdoor table and two chairs. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. Stairs lead up to a loft area overlooking the room below. This is furnished with a comfortable double bed.
The decor throughout is in muted creams, whites, beiges and greys creating a calming and relaxing space. It's the perfect antidote to a busy day seeing the sights of Florence.
Linen and towels are provided. Additional sets can be provided on request for 10 euros per person. Extra cleaning can also be provided. This costs 40 euros per day. Should guests arrive by car, parking can be provided in a nearby garage at a cost of 35 euros per day. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
It is a 2 minute walk from Apartment Tre to the Piazza del Duomo and just over 10 minutes on foot to both the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. It's about 5 minutes to reach the Galleria dell' Accademia and 10 minutes to the Piazza della Signoria. In short, wherever you're looking to visit in Florence, the likelihood is that you will be able to easily walk there.
