This apartment is one of 11 one and two bedroom apartments in a historic building close to the Piazza del Duomo. Situated on the first floor of the building, it is accessed by a lift. Within walking distance of all the main sights and attractions in Florence, it's a great base from which to explore this beautiful city.
The interior living space measures 73 square metres. The heart of the property is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. To one side of this room, two comfortable sofas are arranged facing each other across a central coffee table. One of these can be used as a sofa bed if required. A large TV sits on the wall. A large wooden oval dining table seating four sits in the middle of the room. Windows open from this room onto the street below. And then to the other side of this space is the well equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is upstairs. Please note that this is in a loft area and so ceiling heights are lower here. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
The decor throughout is in muted creams, whites, beiges and greys creating a calming and relaxing space. Artworks add a pop of colour to the space and add character and warmth. It's the perfect antidote to a busy day seeing the sights of Florence.
Linen and towels are provided. Additional sets can be provided on request for 10 euros per person. Extra cleaning can also be provided. This costs 40 euros per day. Should guests arrive by car, parking can be provided in a nearby garage at a cost. of 35 euros per day. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
Apartment Undici is just 2 minutes from the Piazza del Duomo and only 10 minutes on foot to both the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. It's about 5 minutes to reach the Galleria dell' Accademia and 10 minutes to the Piazza della Signoria.
