The Space

Apartment Vitali is situated on the ground floor of the building. Guests enter into a hallway which provides access to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This room is divided into separate yet harmonious zones. Sleek units and a central island in the kitchen provides a wonderful space to serve up delicious dinners. Bar stools also ensure guests can sit and chat over a glass of wine whilst the chef is hard at work! The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons guests could wish for. These include an espresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. A basic supply of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt as well as coffee and a selection of teas is provided free of charge. An oval dining table sits beneath a glass roof, bringing in plenty of light. Finally, there is a more relaxed lounge area here with corner sofa and chairs arranged around a 60 inch 4K Smart TV. LED lighting and impressive Italian design ensures this is a luxurious space for guests to enjoy.

A small bathroom also leads off the hallway, decorated with wood panelling. And there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and clothes horse.

There are three bedroom suites in Apartment Vitali. The first is located on the second floor and has a queen-size bed with 25 cm memory foam mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. However, the real gem of this room is the en-suite bathroom finished in prestigious marble with large shower and heated towel rail. A welcome-kit with shampoo and shower gel is provided.

The second suite is equally delightful. Beautiful wallpaper and a boiserie headboard bed adds character and charm. Again, the bed has a 25 cm memory foam mattress. The space is completed by a 40-inch smart TV. The final bedroom suite sits adjacent to this room and offers the same design, comfort and amenities. A second bathroom has a fine marble finish with large shower stall and amenity kit. Please note that, in all bedrooms, we can provide pillows of different softness to suit your individual preferences.

All possible state-of-the-art amenities have been provided to ensure guests enjoy the perfect stay in Florence.

Outside, the apartment boasts two private interior courtyards each with outdoor seating. For those who wish to stay in shape, a private gym complete with state-of-the-art Technogym machines is also available.

Please note that rates include a daily light cleaning service (except on Sundays). A final cleaning fee of 200 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
