The Space

The apartment offers bright, well-distributed rooms, ideal for both short and long stays. The furnishings combine traditional Tuscan charm with modern day comfort, ensuring a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Cream walls sit elegantly alongside wooden beamed ceilings.

Inside, there is a double bedroom, an open plan living and dining room with a double sofa bed, dining table and TV, and a practical kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and SMEG refrigerator. There is also a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and also a desk for those needing to work during their trip.

Please note that a final cleaning fee of 150 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. Also payable locally in cash on arrival is a 150 euro security deposit however this is returned in full on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
