The Space

Inside, there is an open plan kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and extractor hood. A nespresso coffee machine is also provided along with plenty of crockery and utensils. There is a glass dining table seating four along with comfortable sofas arranged next to shelves filled with books. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Each room has windows that overlook the beautiful buildings of Florence.

Please note that there is no lift to access the property and it is located on the fifth floor of the building.

Please also note that a final cleaning fee of 110 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged. A 150 euro security deposit must also be paid on arrival in cash but this will be refunded in full on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
