Inside, stunning 16th century frescoes sit harmoniously with contemporary Italian design in this beautiful four bedroom apartment. The property was once owned by a wealthy historic Florentine family but is now available to rent so that everyone can enjoy a unique stay in Florence.

The impeccably designed professional kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine, as well as all the necessary utensils. To ensure a five-star stay, there are four spacious double suites, each with a private bathroom complete with whirlpool bath or waterfall head shower, king-size beds and 50-inch SMART TV. Luxury toiletries are also provided. In addition, there is a pass-through room (connected to a suite) with a french sofa bed suitable for two children or one adult.

A stunning living room, embellished with original 16th century frescoes, offers a unique and elegant atmosphere in which to relax. Here you will find a magnificent dining table for 10 people, comfortable seating and a 60-inch SMART TV for evenings of pure entertainment. The property also has a lobby for business calls or meetings.

Outdoor spaces include a beautiful terrace and an inner courtyard right in the beating heart of Florence. For those who wish to stay in shape, a private gym complete with state-of-the-art Technogym machines is available. Please note that this is shared with the guests staying in the other apartments within the building.

Please note that rates include a daily light cleaning service (except on Sundays). A final cleaning fee of 200 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
