The Space
A comfortable country villa, it is located in a quiet location about seven kilometres drive away from Orvieto. The villa has an entirely fenced-in large garden, a patio area and a small fenced lake with fishing facilities. There is a private pool (8x4 metres with a depth of 1.7 metres) and a furnished loggia at the entrance to the villa. In addition there is a barbecue and parking is available within the grounds. On the ground floor of the house there is a dining area with a kitchen in one corner. The living area is down one step and consists of a fireplace, two double bedrooms (both with mosquito nets), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is another bathroom with shower on the ground floor, which is accessible from the outside. Please note that there are some additional fees payable locally with this property. These include a refundable security deposit of 500 euros which must be paid locally in cash. This is fully refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. Additional fees also include heating which, when applicable, is charged at 4.80 euros per cubic metre. A late arrival fee of 30 euros is charged for any arrivals after 9 pm.

The nearest amenities are 2 km away in Sferracavallo. The larger town of Orvieto which has direct trains to Rome is 7 km, Todi 40 km, Siena 125 km away, Rome 130 km and Florence 175 km away. Orvieto is well known for its beautiful cathedral and the well of San Patirizio.

This property offers great value for money, particularly if visiting off season. If you fancy trying a bit of fishing, then the lake has fishing facilities. However, for those with young children, it is fenced to give you some peace of mind. Of course, we would always recommend you never leave young children unattended outside.
