This Umbria apartment rental is also fully air conditioned and, for those staying in the winter, it has underfloor heating and a lovely fireplace as a central feature in the living room. Hairdryers are provided as are toiletries on arrival.
Inside, this Umbria apartment rental has a large open plan living and dining area with flatscreen TV as well as an extremely well equipped kitchen with with central island and breakfast bar. Guests have all the kitchen equipment they could need including an American style fridge and freezer, five ring gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Doors lead out from the living areas onto a large terrace with Weber gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs as well as sofas. The terrace at this Umbria apartment rental enjoys stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
There are three bedrooms - one double with four poster bed and ensuite bathroom, one second double bedroom with luxurious deep bath tub and a third twin room. There is an additional bathroom with shower. There is also a quiet study area in this apartment and a selection of books are provided for you to read during your stay.
Please note that there is a heating charges of 125 euros per week when applicable during the winter months.

The owners will be more than happy to show guests around the old wine cellar at their farmhouse. Wine tastings can also be arranged in the cellar. Alternatively, guided tours of wineries in Tuscany and Umbria can be organised.
We can also provide an olive oil tasting session with a variety of olive oils, including the estate's own organic extra virgin olive oil, which will help you to better understand the different flavour characteristics and how these are compatible to different foods.
In addition, the owner also runs cookery lessons, showing guests how to prepare a typical Umbrian meal using their organic produce, fresh from the garden.
Local Area
This Umbria apartment rental is situated in the lovely village of Paciano in Umbria which is where Ed Sheeran recently bought a holiday home! It is about a 10 minute drive to the centre of Chiusi Chianciano and within walking distance of the excellent Il Casale restaurant, just 5 minutes from the centre of Paciano. Paciano itself is a charming village with a number of other excellent restaurants as well as a village store. The owners run cookery lessons, wine tastings and other experiences which guests are welcome to enjoy during their stay. Please ask for more details.
