This is a lovely one bedroom Paciano apartment rental within an exclusive development of just three properties. All are within walking distance of the charming walled medieval village of Paciano in Umbria. The apartment has been wonderfully restored and is well equipped. Outside, it enjoys use of a shared infinity swimming pool.

Inside, this Paciano apartment rental has been lovingly restored, with the owners clearly taking their time to return the property to its original beauty. Wooden beamed ceilings, handmade terracotta tile flooring and working fireplaces all add to the charm.

At the same time, the owners have also gone to great lengths to ensure guests have use of all the mod cons you could want with SKY TV, CD player and WIFI internet access. The property is also fully air conditioned and, for those staying in the winter, it has underfloor heating.

This Paciano apartment rental is a good sized property with an open plan living and dining area which leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of work space and is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. There is also a lovely modern bathroom and double bedroom.

Please note that there is a heating charges of 100 euros per week when applicable during the Winter months. For those staying in the Winter, there is a fireplace that guests are welcome to use.

This Paciano apartment rental is located within walking distance of the walled village of Paciano, a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village. Outside, the apartment is surrounded by olive groves with stunning views of the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside. The village has several excellent restaurants, a village store, some cafes and bars.

A note from Jo

This Paciano apartment rental is one of a dozen villas and apartments that we have in Paciano. We have selected so many properties here as we think it's a great village. There are a good selection of restaurants to try and a holiday here is very much an opportunity to enjoy an authentic stay in Umbria. We love the fact that the owners of the apartment take such great care of all our guests too. You'll receive an incredibly warm Italian welcome and they'll be on hand to help you with anything you may need during your stay.

The apartment provided the most wonderful accommodation for 2 weeks of total relaxation and an ideal base from which to explore the fantastic countryside, the main beautiful hilltop villages and endless places of interest all within a short drive. Whilst somewhat ‘bracing’ in October, the pool was still warm enough to take a dip and the views from the infinity pool are just amazing. The villa was well stocked with provisions on arrival and the owners who live just a stones-throw away were always on hand to help and point us in the right direction. Space in the accommodation was plentiful and it was well furnished; better still it is on the edge of the lovely little village of Paciano with a couple of great restaurants and a most friendly population of around 1000 souls.
