We can also provide an olive oil tasting session with a variety of olive oils, including the estate's own organic extra virgin olive oil, which will help you to better understand the different flavour characteristics and how these are compatible to different foods.

In addition, the owner also runs cookery lessons, showing guests how to prepare a typical Umbrian meal using their organic produce, fresh from the garden.

This Umbria apartment rental is situated in the lovely village of Paciano in Umbria which is where Ed Sheeran recently bought a holiday home! It is about a 10 minute drive to the centre of Chiusi Chianciano and within walking distance of the excellent Il Casale restaurant, just 5 minutes from the centre of Paciano. Paciano itself is a charming village with a number of other excellent restaurants as well as a village store.
