The Space

The winery itself is listed among the 14 most beautiful design wineries in Tuscany as part of the Toscana Wine Architecture project. During your stay, we highly recommend you enjoy a tasting and tour of the estate and enjoy a stroll through the vineyards. It is an experience not to be missed! The winery follows strict eco-sustainability rules and this same approach guided the owners in the renovation of Villa Leopold.

The interior decor of Villa Leopold is elegant and refined. The villa has been equipped with all the modern creature comforts guests expect to ensure that their stay is both enjoyable and comfortable.

Accommodation is arranged over two floors. Both these floors have a living room, kitchen and dining room as well as three bedrooms, each with their respective bathrooms (all with showers). Access to the ground floor is via an external loggia furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The upper floor enjoys direct access to the garden both via an external staircase as well as via a wooden bridge at the rear of the property. This is fully accessible for wheelchair users. There is also an adapted bedroom and bathroom on this floor and the path to the pool has also been designed with wheelchair users in mind. There is a second covered loggia on the second floor with a wood burning oven. The views from here over the valley below are simply wonderful both during the day and at night, when thousands of tiny lights from the city of Arezzo twinkle in the distance.

Outside, there is a large private garden. To the front of the house sits a private pool (12 x 5 metres) enjoying a splendid panoramic view. This pool area is completely fenced.

Guests staying for 7 or more nights will receive a complimentary welcome dinner set up in the villa on the evening of arrival. In addition, we will provide a free welcome basket filled with local, organic produce for breakfast the next morning. Those staying a week or more will also enjoy a midweek cleaning and linen change.
