The Space

The accommodation is set over two floors. On the ground floor, a kitchen has been created from the old loggia. Its large windows provide an extraordinary view of the valley, the surrounding hills, and the city of Arezzo. Nearby, the dining area is one of the highlights of this property. With a long central wooden table and large windows, it similarly offers a fantastic view but it is also the perfect setting for unforgettable poolside dinners since it is just metres from the pool area. Cream sofas and two large blue armchairs furnish the adjacent living room. These provide guests with a comfortable place to sit whilst artworks on the walls add charm and character. There is satellite TV. Finally, there are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with private shower rooms and one with the addition of a fireplace too.

The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Each is furnished with a double bed and each has a private bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms also features a panoramic terrace with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Furnishings throughout are high quality and are both comfortable and functional.

Villa Mandorla is set within private gardens measuring approximately 5000 square metres. A beautiful panoramic swimming pool is set overlooking the valley below and across to the surrounding hills and city of Arezzo in the distance. The pool is a unique shell-shaped pool, measuring 6.5 x 8.4 metres and with a depth of 1.3 metres. It is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. Sun loungers are provided and there is also a terrace with outdoor sofa and chairs.

The winery itself is listed among the 14 most beautiful design wineries in Tuscany as part of the Toscana Wine Architecture project. During your stay, we highly recommend you enjoy a tasting and tour of the estate and enjoy a stroll through the vineyards.
