At the heart of Villa Fara is a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. Comfortable sofas and elegant seating create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything guests should need, including a drinking water filter system, eliminating the need for bottled water. Large windows throughout the ground floor allow natural light to flood through the interior.
The sleeping area features three double bedrooms, each furnished in an elegant and calming style. One of these can be laid out with 2 single beds if guests prefer. Every bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort, privacy, and convenience for all guests. One of the bedrooms has been designed with special attention to accessibility and includes a bathroom suitable for guests with reduced mobility, making the villa welcoming and comfortable for all needs.
Last but not least, the property has a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, designed to provide convenience even on longer stays.
Outside, there are perfectly manicured gardens, with green lawns that surround the villa. At the heart of this space is the private swimming pool. Loungers are arranged alongside it, creating the perfect relaxation space. The pool is open from late March until mid December each year.
Nearby is a shaded dining terrace under a pergola, perfect for al fresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners under the stars. The villa also has a barbecue and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for convivial outdoor cooking.
Please note that, next to the villa, there is a larger house which is lived in, but it has only a few small windows overlooking the garden and pool area at Villa Fara. Two trees have been planted in front of these windows, ensuring that guests can continue to enjoy a high level of privacy and seclusion throughout their stay.
Villa Fara offers easy access to the most beautiful destinations in Chianti. The nearby village of Lecchi in Chianti is just a few minutes away. Here there is a grocery store and the renowned Ristorante Malborghetto. Wine enthusiasts can explore prestigious estates such as Castello di Ama and Tenuta di Carleone, surrounded by vineyards and contemporary art installations.
The historic town of Radda in Chianti is also nearby. Here, guests will find a number of restaurants, shops, and essential services. The iconic Tuscan cities including Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, and Arezzo are all easily reachable for unforgettable day trips.
