Originally a barn, the owners have beautifully restored the property to create an authentic Tuscan home, complete with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, soft pastel-toned walls and elegant furnishings.
The main living space is on the ground floor of the villa. A light, bright living area has large windows opening onto the garden and pool area. This leads through to a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area. A central island provides a convivial setting for the preparation of meals, whilst to the other side of the room sits a large dining table. A water purifier ensures that guests do not need to purchase bottle water.
There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second is furnished with two single beds and also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom is on the first floor of Villa Pernici, accessed via a charming spiral staircase. It is an intimate and atmospheric space enjoying views over the surrounding countryside. This room also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower.Please note that this room does not have a door.
Outside, a panoramic garden has both sun soaked open spaces and shaded lounge areas. A stunning infinity swimming pool can be heated on request. Sun loungers are provided, arranged to make the most of the views over the surrounding vineyards. An elegant al fresco dining area is arranged beneath a shaded pergola. A barbecue and traditional wood-fired pizza oven complete the outdoor experience.
